According to "The Secret"the next step is to Receive- "Feel the way you’ll feel when it arrives. Joy, Happiness, relief, security, peace, excited- feel it now! Feel good be happy! You’re putting yourself in the frequency of what it is that you’re wanting. To manifest the power to have what you want, you must believe and feel that you have it. To have what you want in your life, you have to feel it. "
Well Guess what? Mark Chapter 11 verse 22-25 In part reads; “ Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them and they shall be granted to you.”
I've mentioned before that I don't believe in the "hierarchy" of churches. But I do believe in The father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. Again, I have to mention that the movies says that this "Secret" Has been around for 2000 years. So Again, I have to say, I don't find it a co-incidence that Jesus, just happened to be walking the earth spreading his heavenly fathers word at that same time.
I keep mentioning the relation to the Bible, because I feel it important in this day and age that we audit ourselves. Think about what we do, say and cause. Think about our moral compasses, our outlooks on life. Especially for the children. The children are the leaders of tomorrow. but they will lead by our example!

The Secret part 5-
The Secret part 5
I'm doing this a little backwards, I suppose this should have been part 4, but in the movie it says, "Ask for what you want- In your thoughts and write it out. What do you really want- “I am so happy and grateful now that>>> then explain how you want your life to be in every area."
Now to do this, you have to be really honest and deep with yourself. Yes you can ask for material things, but remember it says "Every Area" of your life. The material things will come quickly, it's the rest of your life that's harder to design! And design you will have to!
You have to think about your current life style, does it suite you. You have to think about your relationships, all of them! You have to think about your health and well being. The list goes on and on.
And don't forget the "Grateful Part" You have to think about what you are grateful for now. Even if it is something small that you don't really think you should have to be grateful for. For instance, I'm grateful that I have a roof over my head, clothes on my back and food in my belly.
In this day and age, one would think that would be a given!? But how many people in this country, let alone the world don't have that. I truly think that is something to be grateful for. So think about all that you already have, before you decide what you want. You'll be surprised at the thoughts it brings.
From my personal point of view, I ask God for the things I want. I tell him what I am grateful for. Again, if it makes you feel better the Movie calls it the "Genie of the Universe"! I call it faith.

The Secret part 4-
The Secret part 4.
In the movie, they tell you to "Believe- That it’s already yours. Unwavering faith. You don’t need to know how, just know it is. Don’t doubt. Recognize doubt and replace it with the feeling of unwavering faith."
Now, remember folks these are my opinions of "The Secret" and because I can say what I want, I'm going back to my first post and bring back my take on this as being in the bible. Mark Chapter 11 verse 24, Jesus says, “therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they shall be granted to you.”
So you see, "The Secret" which again, the movie says has been around for about 2000 years, just happens to be the same principles that Jesus taught when he walked the earth, 2000 years ago! In the movie they call it "The Law of Attraction" in the bible, it's simply called "God's Law"!
But you see they can't call it that in the movie because as soon as God is brought into anything, you're pretty much guaranteed that it won't fly. The movie wouldn't get the backing it needed or the publicity. If you don't get the backing or the publicity, you don't make the money! Prime example of "It's not what you say, it's how you say it!"
I don't understand how believing in Goodness, Righteousness, Love and Grace can ever be a bad thing! Can you?

The Secret -part 3
The Secret part 3
"Build an image, hold on to it, stay in the vibration and harmony”. This is another fine idea, but once again a lot harder than it looks. I did build an image in my mind, I visualized what I wanted, I stayed in that vibration for a few days after watching the movie. But then once again the stark reality set in and the harmony failed me.
I really shouldn't be trying to explain what I think "The Secret" means. There are a lot of people making a lot of money doing this very thing. But as I said, I have opinions about everything and I like to express them.
My personal opinion is that this is a tremendous secret! One that will work, as long as you work really hard at it. I know my hard work will pay off in the end. My main visualization is me getting $20,000 a month. I'll let you know when I get it.

The Secret part 2
The Secret says, “No one can cause you to think what you don’t want to think” “believe in yourself” Build an image, hold on to it, stay in the vibration, harmony” have a “Spirit of opulence- “you can never take more than your share”
So, you see others can cause you to think what you don't want to think! We have to change ourselves. We have to be able to get over the bad thoughts and live with the good thoughts. That's not easy! Beleive me I've been trying for a few weeks now.
Try it for just 2 weeks and tell me how you do!

The secret
The Secret.
I’ll tell you I was worried about this one. It was talked about on The Oprah Winfrey Show, I think it was actually for her book of the month club. I heard about it from other people. I thought that it was another hocus, pocus type of deal. I really didn’t want anything to do with it. But me being curious guess what? I rented the D.V.D
Most people don’t want to know this, but I am a really religious person. Don’t get me wrong, churches scare me! But, I truly believe in God our father and Jesus Christ the son that was given to save us from the father’s wrath.
Anyway, I rented the movie and I was blown away. It’s all based on the “Law of Attraction” In my view, that’s God’s law. They mention the Genie of the universe, whom of course, I believe is Jesus. Basically, it means that like attracts like! So, if you put out negative energy into the universe, you will receive negative energy in return! If you put out positive energy into the universe, you will get positive energy in return. In my daddy’s words, “What goes around comes around!”
Now, I’m sorry, but that has been written in the bible for years. It’s called “Love thy neighbor!” “Cease to strive and know that I am God!” and a few other statements that I could mention, but I don’t want to lose you! It also says in the bible, “If you ask for anything in the name of the father, and truly believe that you have already received, you will have it!”
This “Secret” says the same things If you ask for anything in the universe,(Nothing is too big), visualize what you want and feel the way you would feel, once you did get it like you have it and you believe that you have it, it’s yours! And guess what, this so called “Secret” has been around for about 2000 years, ring a bell! I wonder?
I’ll write some more tomorrow, tell me what you think.
