- No one can cause you to think what you don't want to think.
As you read this You're probably thinking, "I know that!" But do you? When you wake up in the morning, if the first thing you hear is something negative, doesn't that effect your entire day? When you have, what you think is a great idea and someone else shoots it down, don't you think about it for the rest of the day? When someone tells you they love you, doesn't it make you think about your feelings for that person?
So, you see others can cause you to think what you don't want to think! We have to change ourselves. We have to be able to get over the bad thoughts and live with the good thoughts. That's not easy! Beleive me I've been trying for a few weeks now.
